1. About Saathi360

Saathi360 is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by SAATHI360 ("Company", "we", "us"). We provide business management software including Point of Sale, Inventory, Accounting, HRM, and related tools to registered businesses ("Tenants").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable plan-specific terms. If you do not agree, do not register.

3. Account & Tenant Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all data entered into your tenant account
• You are responsible for all business activities, customer relationships, payments, deliveries, returns, and disputes within your business
• Saathi360 is only a software tool — we do not participate in your business transactions
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized persons
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws including GST, labor laws, and data protection regulations

4. What We Provide

• Cloud-hosted business management software with 99.5% uptime target
• Secure data storage with encryption and regular backups
• Regular software updates and new features
• Technical support via help desk
• Multi-device access (desktop, mobile, tablet)

5. What We Do NOT Provide

• We do NOT process payments between you and your customers
• We do NOT handle physical delivery of goods
• We do NOT guarantee business outcomes or revenue
• We do NOT provide legal, financial, or tax advice
• We are NOT responsible for data entered incorrectly by users
• We are NOT liable for business losses due to software downtime

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

• All business data you enter remains your property
• We will never sell your data to third parties
• We access your data only for providing the service and technical support
• Data is stored on secure servers in India
• You can request data export or deletion at any time
• Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion

7. Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy

• Free plan is a 30-day full-feature trial — no payment required
• Paid plans are billed yearly in advance (one-time payment for the full 365-day period)
• All prices shown are exclusive of GST; applicable GST (18%) is added at checkout
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every paid subscription and made permanently available in your Account & Billing section
• Failure to renew may result in account downgrade or suspension per the subscription lifecycle policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice; existing paid subscriptions are honoured at the price on the invoice until the end of their billing period

7.1  First-Time Customer Cancellation Window (30-Day No-Charge)

• First-time paid subscribers — customers who have never previously paid for any Saathi360 plan — may cancel their first paid subscription within 30 days of the invoice date and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, including GST.
• This 30-day no-charge cancellation is a one-time benefit per business entity. It applies only to the very first paid subscription. Renewals, upgrades, and any subsequent paid subscriptions are subject to the standard non-refundable policy.
• To initiate a refund within the eligibility window, raise a cancellation request from Profile → Account & Billing → Cancel Subscription or email [email protected] from your registered email. A credit note will be issued and the refund processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Upon cancellation inside the window, your account reverts to the Free plan and your business data is preserved for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
• After day 30, subscriptions are non-refundable. The account may still be cancelled at any time, but no pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused period.
• Renewal payments, plan upgrades, and any additional paid subscriptions are non-refundable — the 30-day window applies strictly to a business's first-ever paid subscription on the platform.

This 30-day cooling-off window is offered in good faith by VENSYAM BUSINESS SYSTEMS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. It is intended to let new businesses try every feature risk-free and is governed by Indian contract law. Misuse (e.g. repeat cancellations by the same promoter/GSTIN across different business entities) will void the benefit and may result in permanent account termination.

8. Prohibited Use

You must NOT use Saathi360 for:

• Any illegal business activity
• Storing or processing illegal content
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Sharing your account access with competing businesses
• Mass data scraping or automated abuse of APIs

9. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend your account for violation of these terms
• We may suspend accounts with overdue payments (grace period: 15 days)
• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
• Suspended accounts can be reactivated upon resolution of the issue

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saathi360 and SAATHI360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 15 days before any material changes take effect.
